George Morales, age 59, had a heart attack while sitting in his Chevy van on a busy New York street. Morales apparently died there and then according to the autopsy.
What did New York law enforcement do about it? They gave Morales parking tickets, several each day for weeks. Mounting up on the windshield until they finally towed his vehicle. That's when they realized that Morales had obviously passed away since his body was now decomposing.
The Meter Maids probably shouted at Morales repeatedly every day telling him to move his vehicle and in frustration just wrote more and more parking citations.
Morale's daughter had reported his disappearance to the New York Police Department but they claim they have no record of the report.
